OJC is a brand-new initiative designed to unite Oxford’s incredible student and professional music scenes, bringing you a spectacular, fresh live act on the third Friday of every single month right here at The Mad Hatter.
For our grand launch, we are thrilled to present: SugarRush
SugarRush is Oxford’s premier party and wedding band. With a resume that includes packing out Oxford Pride, headlining prestigious College Balls, and even recording their debut album at the legendary Abbey Road Studios, these musicians know how to bring the energy. Whether you are in the mood for a soulful, steamy romance or a high-octane, funky fever, SugarRush is guaranteed to keep you on the dance floor all night long.
The Late-Night Open Jam
The main show is just the beginning. At the end of every single Oxford Jazz Collective gig, the stage opens up to you.
From 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM, we are hosting an OPEN JAM! Whether you are an up-and-coming student musician or a seasoned local pro, bring your instrument, jump on stage, and let’s play.
