What’s on the menu?

  • Curious Bites: Mozzarella Croquettes, Garlic Mushrooms, Duck Gyoza, Thin Cut French Fries.
  • Cheshire Feast: Southern Fried Chicken Fillets, Halloumi Fries, Mozzarella Croquettes, Curly Fries.
  • The Masterclass: Start with a classic cocktail, pick a signature tipple to make yourself, and finish with cocktail teapots! (90 mins).
  • Down the Rabbit Hole Pitcher: Bombay Sapphire Gin, Elderflower, Apple, Lemon, Soda

Good to know:

  • We require a minimum of 6 guests per booking. To keep things running smoothly, we ask that your entire group selects the same package
  • The Schedule: The cocktail class runs for approximately 90 minutes, and the karaoke room reservation runs for 90 minutes. Whether you start with your Masterclass or jump straight into Karaoke depends on your preference and our room availability. We’ll work with you during the booking process to confirm the perfect schedule for your visit! Food can be served during the class, in the karaoke room or at tables in the bar
  • A deposit equivalent to one guests’ experience is required to secure the reservation

Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservations are only valid upon a confirmation email from The Hatter, and subject to a deposit payment to the equivalent of one guest’s participation. Check your spam folder!
  2. The full balance for your booking is payable upon arrival. If you would like to pay in advance please email us.
  3. By booking, you agree that all guests in your party are aged 18 or over and will be able to provide valid ID upon arrival. Unfortunately we are not able to welcome younger guests unless by prior agreement. Under 18 year olds will be turned away and may still be charged in full for room hire. On Saturdays only, The Hatter has an over 21s policy past 8pm.
  4. If you arrive late we reserve the right to give away your booking, although we will always endeavour to accommodate you at a later time if possible.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we are unable to provide the service to you. If we have to cancel your deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations and fees:

You can cancel the booking via email. Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Within 30 days of the class, the deposit is transferable but non-refundable.
  • Within 14 days of the booking, cancellations will be charged 80% of the final balance to the card used to pay the deposit.
  • Within 7 days of the class, cancellations will be charged at the full rate. The card used to pay the deposit will be automatically charged the outstanding balance.
  • No-shows are treated as cancellations and the full balance will be charged.

To avoid a cancellation fee you may amend the time or date of your booking by emailing us at bookings@themadhatteroxford.com to reschedule. Cancellation fees may still apply if rescheduled within a week of your visit.

What should you do if a member of your party can’t make it at short notice?

We understand it can be difficult to say for certain how many guests will attend on the day and do our best to be flexible. We always recommend letting us know your updated numbers as soon as you can by emailing bookings@themadhatteroxford.com. Parties with fewer than the minimum group size will still be charged for 6 guests. For larger parties, a 50% fee may be applied for drop-outs unless a week’s notice is provided.

Allergies and intolerances:

Please note that you MUST notify us before you dine of any allergy or intolerance issues that you may have.
